   Payment can be made by direct deposit into our bank account or cheque. If paying by cheque, the goods      will be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared (approx 5 working days).  We do not accept credit      cards.
  When an order is placed, Megalcraft will process the order and send an invoice to the customer. Upon     confirmation of payment by Megalcraft, the goods will be dispatched immediately to the customer.
  There are no returns on custom made orders.
  Return of stock items, will only be accepted if there is no damage or misuse of product and it is within 10     days of receipt.  A 20% handling fee applies on returned products.
